I didn’t wake up like this. No but really. I had a journey of over a decade where I NEVER felt good in my skin. My weight yo-yo-ed. My diets yo-yo-ed. I would binge and then restrict my eating. I restricted calories but still ate crap but didn’t know I was eating crap because I simply wasn’t educated on nutrition. I wanted so badly to be healthy and feel good about myself, but I just didn’t know how. And most people don’t! If this sounds like you, you are not alone.

For one month, I will guide you on how to eat, when to eat, what to eat. I will help remove the guess work. This isn’t about eating a special diet or restricting foods or alcohol. With the strength of a private Facebook group of other people just like you, we will check in daily to help hold each other accountable. And I will be on-call to answer your questions.
At the end of four weeks, you will have learned sustainable, long-term tips and tools to last a LIFETIME. As someone who has been where you are and is now on the other side, where I feel in control of my diet and nutrition, I make healthy choices and budget for pizza, wine, dark chocolate, and all the things. Anyone that knows me, knows I eat! I don’t restrict myself at al. I just make smart choices. And it feels damn good to have ZERO guilt on what I eat, how I look or how I feel. Plus I’m healthy and as a mother of two, that’s of utmost important to me.
