Our fitness method is simple – Heavily repetitive, low-impact movement using your own body weight or light weights and props for sculpted, lean muscle tone and major calorie burn. While our method never changes, our choreography and programming is constantly evolving. It is this evolution coupled with our dedicated instructor team that will keep you balanced, strong and motivated in a safe and supportive environment.

BOUNCE
Super-sweaty, low-impact cardio on mini rebounders coupled with deep muscle-sculpting exercises on and off the trampoline.
BOSU
Intense fat-burning cardio, muscle-toning segments and added core work through balance-challenge on the Bosu balance trainer.
PILATES SCULPT
The Pilates Stick apparatus is added to our signature SCULPT workout for extra resistance and balance-challenge.
SCULPT
A standing and mat class with choreographed weight and sculpting segments that flow seamlessly to move and strengthen your body.
SWEAT
Rounds of muscle-specific exercises followed by rounds of High Intensity Interval Training for a seriously damn good workout.
