Intense fat-burning cardio, muscle-toning segments and added core work through balance-challenge on the Bosu balance trainer.
BARRE
Our signature full-body Barre workout combining equal parts cardio and sculpting.
HIGH FITNESS
Super-fun, seriously-sweaty, easy to follow along dance-inspired modern aerobics.
SCULPT
A standing and mat class with choreographed weight and sculpting segments that flow seamlessly to move and strengthen your body.
STEP
We’ve given this old school aerobics platform our signature MVMT twist. Fat-blasting music-driven cardio intervals coupled with resistance training.
SURGE FIT
Great Music + HIIT cardio + Weight Training = a Seriously fun and seriously effective workout.
SWEAT
Our HIIT and strength class, designed to challenge your endurance and fatigue your muscles.
TRX
We add the TRX trainer to our signature Bosu, Bounce and Sculpt classes for extra resistance and intensity!
PILATES STICK
Leveling up our signature Barre class, the Pilates apparatus adds extra upper body resistance, balance challenge and deeper Pilates core burn.
