Our Classes

BOSU
Intense fat-burning cardio, muscle-toning segments and added core work through balance-challenge on the Bosu balance trainer. Choreographed, high-intensity cardio segments are non-stop for maximum calorie burn. Sculpt segment will strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles.


BOUNCE
Super-sweaty, low-impact cardio using mini rebounders coupled with deep muscle-sculpting segments utilizing ankle weights, hand weights, bands and other props to create strength in the body. Benefits include improved digestion, increased fat loss and muscle tone, boosts lymphatic drainage, and is twice as effective as running.
BARRE
Our signature Barre workout is equal parts cardio and muscle sculpting, all done at the barre and set to the beat of the music for a class that flows from start to finish. Exercises will lengthen and strength, while you torch calories. Class is easy to follow, with the strength and safety of a Pilates foundation, but by no means easy!

HIGH FITNESS

A standing and mat class with choreographed weight and sculpting segments that flow seamlessly to move and strengthen your body at various angles, targeting the smaller, supporting muscles along with the bigger ones, to create a balanced muscle structure rather than creating bulk and overuse.
SWEAT
